# How to log in Carbonze

You would need to 

* navigate to the login page of the website  
* enter your registered email address and password. 
  * If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" feature to reset it. 
  * If you are having trouble logging in, you may need to contact Carbonze's customer support for further assistance.
