## Users

The Users Table is your central hub for managing user accounts and permissions within CarbonZE. It provides an overview of all users in your organization, allowing for streamlined user access control and ensuring that each user has the appropriate level of access to the platform's functionalities.

### **User Roles**

* **Administrator:** Full access to all features and settings. Can manage other users, including adding, editing, or deactivating accounts.
* **Approver:** Limited access primarily for approving certain actions or data entries. Cannot manage other users but can perform significant tasks within the platform. Optimized for audits, and consultant activities.
* **Analyst:** Primarily has access to view and analyze data. Cannot manage other users or approve critical changes but can interact, add, edit, delete with data and reports, when given access to enter the data.

### **User Status:**

* **Active:** Active users can fully utilize the CarbonZE platform according to their assigned roles.
* **Deactive:** Deactivated users cannot log in or use CarbonZE. However, their records and logs are retained within the system for future reference or auditing purposes. Organization admin is responsible and accountable to deactivate the user, if it is not an employee of the organization, immediately.

### Managing User Accounts

* **Adding Users:** To add a new user, click the "Add User" button, fill out the required details, and assign the appropriate role.
* **Editing User Information:** While email addresses cannot be changed, other user details such as roles and status can be edited by clicking the edit icon next to the user’s name.
* **Assigning Users to Facilities:** After creating a user, you can assign them to specific facilities. This ensures that users only have access to data and functionalities relevant to their responsibilities within the organization.
* **Deactivating Users:** If a user no longer needs access to the platform, you can deactivate their account, preventing further login attempts while preserving their activity records.
